Overview
Cast and calendered PVC marking films for signage and vehicle graphics, supplied in the standard colour set. Cast film conforms to curves and rivets; calendered film is the economical choice for flat panels. Both take solvent, eco-solvent and UV inks.

Common questions
Cast or calendered — which one?
Cast film conforms to curves and rivets without lifting. Calendered film is the economical choice for flat panels.
Can it be printed?
Yes. The film takes solvent, eco-solvent and UV inks.
How long does it last outdoors?
Seven to nine years for the cast constructions in the range.
Send the vehicle or sign type and the market it is registered in, and we will confirm the matching construction and quotation.
Match the grade to the substrate and the life
Signage material is chosen by the surface it goes on and how long it has to last outdoors. Confirm both before the grade - a film suited to aluminium may not suit a textured plastic.
What to confirm before ordering
- Substrate: flat panel, aluminium, plastic or vehicle body - the adhesive follows the surface.
- Service life and exposure: indoor, outdoor or road-facing, and for how many years.
- Grade: commercial, engineering or high intensity, chosen against viewing distance rather than price.
- Regulation in scope: signage and vehicle marking rules are separate from garment standards.
Compliance note
No single retroreflective figure is quoted for this build, and a number without its test method and wash cycle would not be comparable anyway. Confirm the measured value for the grade you order, on the substrate you order it on.
If the finished article has to carry an EN ISO 20471 or ANSI/ISEA 107 claim, say so before the order: the grade and the evidence are chosen together, and changing either afterwards means a new build.
