Overview
A brushed-back fleece sweatshirt in fluorescent yellow-green with a reflective band across the chest and one around each sleeve. It replaces the vest-over-hoodie combination that gets taken off first: the warmth and the reflective banding are the same garment, so there is nothing to remove separately.

Why the sleeve band sits above the cuff
A band at the very cuff edge is where a sleeve abrades fastest and where a reflective surface gets folded and cracked by the wrist. Moving it just above the cuff keeps it flat and intact, and it is still in the part of the arm that swings into a headlight when someone walks.
Typical use
Cool-weather site work under a jacket, yard and warehouse roles, and any shift where a vest is worn in name only because it keeps being taken off.
The garment is the certified article
On a finished garment the reflective elements, the fluorescent background and their placement are assessed together, so the class depends on the whole build rather than on the tape used. Confirm the class you are selling against, not only the materials.
What to confirm before ordering
- Target class: the class you intend to sell against, decided before the panel is drawn.
- Market: EN ISO 20471, ANSI/ISEA 107 or CSA-Z96 - the three are not interchangeable.
- Size range: reflective area and placement are assessed per size, not only on the sample size.
- Laundry regime: domestic or industrial, since it sets the trim grade.
Compliance note
A finished garment is the article that gets certified. The reflective elements, the fluorescent background and their placement are assessed together, so the class depends on the whole build rather than on the trims used.
That means the class has to be decided before the panel is designed, not read off a material label afterwards.
