Self-adhesive reflective tape construction with a peel-off release liner. Adhesive type, width and unit pricing are confirmed on quotation.
Two codes are issued under this listing, RS-F-SA-01 and RS-F-SA-02. The adhesive is selected at quotation against the substrate you name, which is why the surface question comes before the width question on this page.
Adhesion is a surface question
A self-adhesive tape holds or fails on what it is stuck to: powder-coated steel, anodised aluminium and oily plastic each need a different adhesive. Tell us the substrate, and expect the service life to be set by the surface rather than by the reflective face.

Typical use
Applied rather than sewn: signage and site marking, vehicle and equipment identification, helmet and hard-hat marking where sewing is impossible, and trim applied to finished goods that carry no seam allowance. Surface preparation matters as much as the tape - a dusty or oily face fails before the adhesive does.
What to confirm before ordering
- Measured coefficient and test method: a figure without its method is not comparable between suppliers.
- Wash cycle: domestic or industrial - the adhesive changes with the cycle.
- Substrate or shell fabric: send it, so the bond can be matched rather than assumed.
- Width and slitting: state the finished width, since slitting changes the edge.
Compliance note
No single retroreflective figure is quoted for this build, and a number without its test method and wash cycle would not be comparable anyway. Confirm the measured value for the grade you order, on the substrate you order it on.
If the finished article has to carry an EN ISO 20471 or ANSI/ISEA 107 claim, say so before the order: the grade and the evidence are chosen together, and changing either afterwards means a new build.
